That’s why we have teams of friendly staff at our property information centres in Edinburgh and Dunfermline, ready to help with any of your property queries. We have an open-door policy so pop in next time your passing and someone will be able to assist you.

We’ve also got a fantastic range of free evening events on at our information centres. Our George Street branch in Edinburgh offers daily drop in sessions to provide invaluable financial and legal advice about buying or selling your home. Get help sussing out which mortgage is best for you – our independent mortgage advisers are available from 10am–5pm Monday to Friday and 11am–2pm on Saturdays for a free consultation*. We also have a solicitor available from 12pm–2pm Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm on Saturdays and 12pm–3pm on Sundays to offer legal advice about buying or selling your home.

Our Edinburgh Information Centre is located at 107 George Street, EH2 3ES. The opening hours are 10am–5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm on Saturdays and 11am–5pm on Sundays.

Our Dunfermline Information Centre is located at 15 New Row, KY12 7EA. The opening hours are 11am–5pm Monday to Friday.
