1. Oxgangs

It was developed in the mid-20th century, initially as a council estate, and features a mix of low-rise flats, semi-detached, and terraced houses. Whilst the number of properties on sale was fewer than the likes of Gorgie, Stenhouse and Niddrie etc, it’s worth looking out for homes that go on sale in neighbourhoods such as West Pilton, Wester Hailes, Peffermill and Broomhouse.
